She can share clothes with most Blythe dolls since many Blythe dolls use the same body, the same goes for shoes. SD/Pullip sized hats will fit better, Blythe hats might be a little big on her. Hime also fits size 8-9 inch wigs best.

She is made of soft Vinyl, yes, you can try rooting her hair. Her head actually comes with preset guidelines for rooting as well.
